Bailey received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School. While there, Bailey worked in the Kirkland and Ellis Corporate Lab as a Student Director, leading teams of students to complete contract drafting and legal research for several companies. He also served as the Research Assistant for Professor Emily Buss. At the Law School, Bailey was elected Vice President of the Business Law Society and of the Dallin H. Oaks Society.
Bailey received his B.S. in Accounting cum laude from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University in 2019. While an undergraduate student, Bailey worked as a teacher’s assistant in the experiential learning program, where he led teams of students in solving business problems for companies spanning from startups to the Fortune 500. He also was elected to the Marriott School of Business Student Council. After his freshman year, Bailey completed a two-year service mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Midwest.
